Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after they are placed.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier for delivery.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is approximately 48 hours after processing.
In normal circumstances, your order should therefore arrive within approximately 3 days from the time your order is placed.
Depending on circumstances, delivery may take up to 4 days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier handling your shipment.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of Whupty's direct control.
Whupty is therefore not responsible for delays, missed delivery attempts, loss, damage, interruptions, or other incidents caused by the shipping carrier, including delays resulting from circumstances beyond the carrier's reasonable control.
